If parents want their son/daughter to use the bus service, they must request the form from the registration department, fill it out, and submit it to the transport department, along with payment for at least half of the academic year’s fees. The school reserves the right to discontinue the transport service in case of non-payment, whether for bus fares or tuition fees.
2. The school reserves the right to change the route or driver during the school year in the public interest.
3. Guardians must prepare the student early in the morning before the bus arrives and collect the student at the specified time according to the announced itinerary.
4. The guardian must designate a responsible person to accompany the student from the bus upon arrival home at the specified time.
5. The guardian must inform the school administration in advance in case the student is absent or needs to be picked up from school. The guardian assumes full responsibility for failure to report.
6. The student must adhere to the school’s rules while on the bus, and the school reserves the right to suspend a student from the bus in case of repeated complaints or inappropriate behavior.
7. Female students must wear a hijab on the bus, respect others, and sit in the designated seats as directed by the transport supervisor and school authorities.
8. In case the service is suspended due to circumstances beyond the school’s control during the semester, and it is proven that the school covered most or all of the costs during the suspension period, the guardian does not have the right to demand a refund or deduction from the semester amount.
9. If there is any complaint about the driver, it should be reported to the school administration. It is not permitted to engage in arguments or discussions with the driver, as the administration will handle the matter.
